60 to 120 minutes
₹15,000.00 + ₹500 booking charges per workshop
(Total charges to be paid per workshop by the institute which is booking, no fee to be paid per head or by the participants)
The academic institute must be in Bhopal.
A space should be made available for the workshop (e.g. hall, auditorium, etc.)
Audio equipment (only needed for larger gathering or outdoor space)
Minimum number of participants - 20
Minimum age of participants - 4 years
Book at least 7 days in advance
A cultural head/staff, the principal/dean, or any other authorized representative appointed by the institute can apply.
Go through the above criteria
Make sure that number of interested students satisfies the minimum number of participants.
